Sawyer Realty Holdings is a privately held real estate investment and management firm. One of the largest companies in its industry, Sawyer owns and manages a rapidly expanding portfolio of multifamily apartment communities located in the eastern United States.

Sawyer called on TR Productions to develop a large and sophisticated database-driven website that enables Sawyer personnel to easily update the site, from uploading new photos, floorplans, and the ability to be able to edit features and amenities of the apartments.

The site serves the more than 30,000 apartments in the Sawyer network . TR Productions wrote, designed and programmed the entire site. The overall creative concepts and branding used in this site were also developed by TR when we first created their corporate brochure.
